Easy, nutritious, delicious cookies!
2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup of blueberries
1 cup of quick cooking oats
1/4 teaspoon of salt
In a bowl, mash the 2 bananas. Stir in the oats and salt, then carefully stir in blueberries.
Use your hands or a cookie dropper to place cookies on baking sheet greased with coconut oil. They should be about 1&1/2 inches in diameter. This recipe made 15 cookies.
Bake at 350 for 12 minutes. They will be gooey when they come out, be careful, the blueberries are hot inside! After they cool they will be easier to manage.
