Guacamole is one of my favorite foods and after making this for dinner last night, I think that I could eat nothing but guacamole!

Best Guacamole Ever
3 Ripe Avocados
2 Green Onions or chives
2 Ripe Medium Tomatoes
1 Handful of Cilantro
Juice From 1/4 Lemon (Remove Seeds)
Himalayan Salt to Taste
Dash of Cumin
In a medium size mixing bowl, smash 3 avocados with a fork. Add chopped onions, tomatoes and finely chopped cilantro. Drizzle lemon juice and add salt. Mix thoroughly.
Serve with brown rice and cooked adzuki beans. Enjoy!
